My approach to design in the corporate sphere is to first understand the audience and the business objectives. By challenging assumptions and redefining problems, innovative solutions can unfold. This methodology ensures that each design decision is purposeful and contributes to the overall strategic direction of the project.
Deakin's Learning and Teaching Conference is an opportunity for the teaching community to come together to share new ideas about learning and teaching practice, to connect with colleagues, and reflect on current and future challenges. I have used an analogous colour palette for a clean look and dark tones with lighter gradient areas to evoke stage lighting, throwing a 'spotlight' on teaching practice.

The Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher (HALT) Network is the first of its kind in Australia, bringing together all teachers nationally certified as Highly Accomplished or Lead against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. I chose a geometric pattern to evoke a gem-like quality and the triangular shapes also reflect the peaks of a mountain.

Working with Telstra's existing style guide and brand images, this e-learn module produced for DeakinCo came together quite quickly. Colourful images set against clean backgrounds make this content easier to digest with a minimalist approach.
